Baked Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
3cupketchup
1 1/2cupdry white wine
1eachparsley, fresh bunch, chopped
3eachgarlic cloves, crushed
3/4teaspoonbasil
9eachrosemary sprigs
3eachbroiler chickens, quartered

Directions:

Combine ketchup, white wine, parsley, garlic, basil and rosemary. Pour this sauce over chicken. Freeze in portions suitable for your family.

To serve: Defrost and bake at 325, basting, for about 1 1/2 hours, until done.
