Cherry Cherry Cookies

Ingredients
1cupbrown sugar, packed
3/4cupbutter, or margarine
1eachegg
2tablespoonmilk
1teaspoonvanilla extract
2cupflour, all-purpose
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonbaking soda
1/2cupmaraschino cherries, well drained and chopped
1/2cuppecans, chopped
1/2cupcoconut, shredded

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, cream brown sugar, butter, egg, milk and vanilla.
Combine flour, salt and baking soda; gradually add to creamed mixture.
Fold in cherries, pecans and coconut. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased
baking sheets. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
