Anissabo(Pea Soup -- Cree Style)

2 c Dried peas, soaked

20 oz Hominy

1 c Celery leaves -˙˙

2 pn Thyme

Salt Pepper Savoury 16 c Water

When the soaking peas are soft, put them in a large pot with the rest of the ingredients. Simmer until the peas are tender but stil firm. Add the hominy & cook till thickened. Serve hot.
