Crisp Waffles+++Fggt98b

2 c Bake it all mix*

2 Eggs

1 c Buttermilk or sour milk**

1 tb Melted shortening

1 tb Sugar

1/2 ts Baking soda

*Do not pack. **To make sour milk, place 1 Tablespoon vinegar in a measuring cup and fill to the 1 cup mark with milk. Beat eggs with rotary or electric beater until frothy. Add milk and shortening, stir to combine. Add Mix, sugar and baking soda and beat with beater until lumps are small but batter is not smooth. Pour onto heated waffle baker and bake. Yield: 2 2/3 cups batter, about 4 servings
