What are Green Teas?

Answer:
Hugely popular in China and Japan for thousands of
years, green teas come from the same leaves as black teas. The difference is that for green tea, the leaves are steamed as soon as they are picked.

This means that most of the beneficial ingredients are retained, which reportedly gives it properties that reduce high blood pressure, help boost your immunity, reduce cholesterol and work to prevent cancer, amongst a host of other benefits.

You usually brew this tea for three minutes in near-boiling water, without milk and sugar, in order to fully enjoy its delicate flavors and health benefits.

Tastes differ depending on flavors but resemble normal tea flavors.
