What is White Wine?

Answer:
White wine is made from grape juice,
without allowing it any contact with the seeds, pulp or skin, because the skin and pulp give a wine its color. It can be made from both white grapes (which could be green, greenish or golden yellow) and red grapes.

White wine is more often made from grapes such as Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and so on, and could be a pale yellow to a golden straw yellow in color depending on various factors. White wines do not age well, and are best drunk young. Their ideal serving temperature is 45oF , and they generally pair with white meats.
